Make Your Own Mango vitamin, amino acids and minerals juice
Why bother?
- If you are a child or need to take a combination of
supplements that are not already combined into a single pill or
gummy, then taking organising and swallowing 20 pills per day takes
up too much time and energy so you are not going to bother or will
compromise on the quality of the multi-purpose single pill.
- A multivitamin will often have unmethylated synthetic and
unnatural chemicals such as folic acid rather than natural
methylated folate.
- The dosing of each component may be inadequate and the RDA
value may be outdated and not suitable for optimum health or not
bioavailable such as magnesium and vitamin D3
- Boron improves brain, inflammation, hormones, wound
healing, helps absorption of magnesium and vitamin D, strengthens
bones and reduces cancer
- Iodine supports thyroid, breast, ovaries, prostate, and
avoids cysts and cancer
- Manganese is essential for hormones, connective tissue,
blood clotting, metabolism
- Zinc supports wound healing, immune system and metabolism
- Copper balances zinc and supports iron transport, immune
system and metabolism
- Molybdenum supports metabolism and sulfite excretion
- Astaxanthin is a red retinoid that makes salmon pink and
acts like vitamin A
See my page on making your own salt if you
want more minerals.
If you are a child then you may have no knowledge of healthy
food and may have a very restricted diet based on processed wheat
food fortified inadequately with synthetic vitamins and minerals.
